Turn your ideas into physical objects with our high-quality 3D printing service, which guarantees precision and fast delivery times.
Design:
The manufacturing process begins with the 3D design of the object you want to print. This design is created using 3D modeling software or can be downloaded from a 3D model library.
Slicing:
The 3D design is then converted into a digital file using slicing software. This software divides the design into thin horizontal layers (slices) that the printer will print.
Print presets:
Before printing begins, the printer's presets are configured. This includes the choice of print material, layer thickness, print temperature and other parameters that affect print quality and speed.
Production:
Actual printing begins after the print material is fed and depends on the printing technique selected.
Support materials:
When printing objects with overhanging parts, supports are printed to support those parts. These supports are temporary structures that are removed after printing.
Cooling down:
After each layer, the printed part is briefly cooled before the next layer is printed. This process repeats until the entire object is printed.
Finish:
After printing, the object may sometimes need some post-processing, such as removing supports, sanding, polishing or painting, to achieve the desired end result.
3D printing is a cost-effective manufacturing method that enables fast production times. It also offers the ability to create complex designs that would not be possible with traditional methods.
Although 3D printing offers many advantages, the final product can sometimes have rough surfaces and may be less durable than traditionally manufactured items.
