Terms and Conditions Antistatic 3D Printing Services

1. Definitions
   • 1.1. Antistatic: Refers to the 3D printing company Antistatic, located at Molenstraat 9, 2018 Antwerp.
   • 1.2. Customer: Any natural or legal person using the services of Antistatic.
   • 1.3. Services: Surface modeling, CAD modeling, FDM printing, Resin printing, print finishing including, but not limited to, leveling, spray painting, hand painting, and airbrushing.
2. Tenders and Agreements.
   • 2.1. Antistatic will provide quotations based on the specifications provided by the customer.
   • 2.2. An agreement is established after written acceptance of the offer by the customer.
3. Payment
   • 3.1. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
   • 3.2. In case of late payment, the Customer is legally in default and Antistatic is entitled to charge statutory interest.
4. Intellectual Property
   • 4.1. Antistatic reserves the right to retain intellectual property regarding the models and prints delivered unless otherwise agreed.
5. Liability
   • 5.1. Antistatic shall not be liable for damages caused by incorrect specifications provided by the customer.
   • 5.2. Antistatic's liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant service.
6. Delivery time
   • 6.1. The stated delivery time is indicative. Exceeding it does not give the customer the right to dissolve the agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellation
   • 7.1. Upon cancellation of an order, the customer is obliged to reimburse the costs already incurred.
8. Quality and Warranty
   • 8.1. Antistatic guarantees the quality of the services provided.
   • 8.2. Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.
9. Shipping
   • 9.1. Shipping of products shall be at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.
   • 9.2. Antistatic is not liable for damage during transportation.
10. Storage of Customer Data
    • 10.1. Antistatic will treat customer data confidentially and will not provide it to third parties without permission.
11. Billing
    • 11.1. Invoices will be provided digitally unless the customer requests a paper version in writing.
    • 11.2. Any corrections to invoices must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt.
12. Payments
    • 12.1. Any disputes regarding invoices must be reported in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.
    • 12.2. In case of late payment, Antistatic is entitled to suspend further deliveries.
13. Delivery of 3D Models
    • 13.1. The customer shall provide 3D models in an appropriate file format, such as STL, OBJ, or other formats specified by Antistatic.
    • 13.2. Antistatic is not responsible for loss of quality due to incorrect delivery by the customer.
14. Reference Material for Surface Modeling
    • 14.1. In surface modeling, the customer should provide reference material if specific visual features are desired.
    • 14.2. Antistatic will make every effort to approximate the design based on the reference material provided.
15. Technical Drawings for CAD Design
    • 15.1. For CAD modeling, technical drawings with accurate specifications must be provided by the customer.
    • 15.2. Antistatic will perform CAD design based on the technical drawings provided.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
    • 16.1. These general terms and conditions and all agreements are governed by Belgian law.
    • 16.2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Antistatic is located.
17. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    • 17.1. Antistatic reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions. Amended terms and conditions shall apply to new agreements.
18. Secrecy
    • 18.1. Both parties undertake to keep confidential all confidential information received during the cooperation and not to disclose it to third parties.
19. Materials and Color Variations
    • 19.1. Antistatic cannot completely eliminate variations in color and material properties in 3D printing. Color variations may occur due to material selection and printing technology.
20. Reproduction of Models
    • 20.1. The customer may not reproduce, distribute or sell the models supplied for commercial purposes without Antistatic's written consent.

Payment Terms and Complaints - Terms and Conditions Antistatic 3D Printing Services

1. Application of the General Terms and Conditions
1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to both the supply of services and the sale of goods by Antistatic.
1.2. By completing an order form or placing an order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions.

2. Payment Terms and Compensation
2.1. Payments must be made in full and within 14 calendar days (+ three working days if not by electronic means) after the invoice has been sent.
2.2. If payment is not made in full within 14 calendar days (+ three working days) after the first payment reminder has been sent, the customer shall be liable, ipso jure and without notice of default, for compensation in accordance with the following calculation:

• €20 if the amount due is less than or equal to €150;
• €30 plus 10% of the amount due in excess of €150;
• €65 plus 5% of the amount due over €500, with a total limit of €2,000.

2.3. In the event of late payment, the customer shall, ipso jure and without notice of default, also owe interest in accordance with the legal interest rate for late payment in commercial transactions (Article 5, paragraph 2 of the Law of August 2, 2002). This interest shall be calculated on the amount yet to be paid.

3. Retention of Title and Transfer of Risk
3.1. All goods and services delivered by Antistatic remain the property of Antistatic until full payment has been received.
3.2. From the moment of delivery, all risks relating to the goods and services delivered shall pass to the Customer.

4. Complaints
4.1. Complaints regarding invoices, deliveries or services must be reported in writing within 8 calendar days of the invoice date.
4.2. If complaints are not reported within the specified period, the supplies and services will be considered accepted.

5. Suspension and Dissolution
5.1. If the customer fails to fulfill his obligations, including payment obligations, in a timely manner, Antistatic reserves the right to stop further deliveries and services.
5.2. In case of non-performance by the customer, Antistatic may consider the agreement terminated by operation of law and without notice of default.

6. Other Provisions
6.1. Antistatic accepts no liability for damages resulting from the use of the products or services provided by Antistatic.
6.2. Antistatic reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

7. Competent Court
7.1. In case of disputes, the courts within the jurisdiction of Antistatic's place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Final Determination
8.1. Antistatic reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. Amendments will apply to new assignments and agreements.
