For this event, we had to design, 3D print and finish brooches in the shape of blue bears with gold scarves. These little bears served as brooches for the orchestra members and were produced entirely in-house. To make this project a success, we used our extensive range of services: FDM printing, 3D modeling, and post-production of printed parts. We used CAD modeling in Fusion360 for the design of the bears and their gold scarves.
For the 3D printing, we used the FDM printing technique with PLA filament. Thanks to the MultiColor option, the scarf and the little bear could be printed at the same time.
To give the 3D printed item a smooth finish, we used ironing in the print settings. After the 3D printing process, we performed gluing and assembly: a pinch was glued to the printed part to obtain the final result.
Film props with complex finishing, technical prototypes, creative branding, corporate gifts, personalized items, proprietary 3D designs and more.
