Awards with company logo

For these employee trophies from BOEMM, we combined several maker services.

For example, the 3d model of the heart is personalized with the company logo and slogan.

That model was then printed with our FDM printers in red PLA filament from PolyLite.

To get a nice finished result, we worked all the printed hearts with a heat gun.

This eliminates small "strings" between letters and makes support lesions less visible.

Then we cut the wood to size and engraved the slogans with a laser cutter.

‍

Finally, we assembled all the elements with a metal rod.

This was "fused" to the heart each time and glued into the wooden element.
