K40 Nozzle & Air Assist

The laser nozzle was one of the most intensive 3D models I had already made. I had to take a lot of factors into account.

So, first of all, you had the laser beam that has to come in past 1 point, reflecting 90° into the 3rd mirror.

This mirror must also be adjusted so that a deviated beam can still exit straight onto the lens.

Furthermore, a connection also had to be provided to connect a cable car.

This should catch the air assist tube and send it out through the right compartment to the compressor.

I decided to model the air assist as a separate component, which was mainly to make the components print-friendly.
