Discover our 3D Modeling service for GUM, this small toothpick was completely recreated in 3D and scaled to a whopping 60 cm. We used green and white PLA filament inspired by the original model. After 3D printing the individual parts, our team carefully performed assembly and post-processing. Finally, we provided a sturdy connection system to attach the model to the advertising scooter.
The model was designed in Blender, for the connection system we used Fusion 360. By making one side and then mirroring it, we were able to avoid later fitting problems. The white connection piece was filled in high for extra strength. Two screws hold the component together while threads in the bottom ensure stability on the surface. After 3D printing the individual parts, all parts of the model were carefully glued and fixed by our team.
